在因新冠疫🔆情推迟一年举行的东京奥运会成为“最烧钱”的奥运后，外界极为关注，同在疫情下举行的北京冬奥会办得到底划不划算。

官方已给出答案：北京冬奥会预算收支平衡，不亏！其实作为一场在👷体育、经济、文化、社会等领域都具有广泛影🛕响的人类盛会，衡量一届奥运划算与否除了看眼前收支❄，还要算大帐、算长远账。🦎

2月20日，北京2022年冬奥会闭幕式在国家体育场“鸟巢”正式🐌拉开帷幕。

20🏑08年北京奥运会珠玉在前。以办奥运为标志性节点，整个中国产业结构持续优化，节能环保更受重视，对外心态不断开放。透过这扇窗户，世界也在惊叹中重新认识中国、更加了解中国。这些“长尾效应”的积极作用延续至今。

诚如北京市委书记、北京冬奥组委主席蔡奇20日在发布会上所言，北京冬奥会“留下丰富冬⬛奥遗产”，他并表示这是“一届精彩、非凡、卓越的奥运🏗盛会🌂”。

许多有形的直观成果，让冬奥遗产效应正提前显现。京张高铁和京礼高速运营通车，赛区内外多条干线和客运枢纽的完工和顺利推进，不仅满足奥运需求，更为赛后区域长期可持续发展提供了有力支撑。

融合文化、旅游、商业、会展等多业态发展，实现四季持续运营，各赛区早已超前谋划冬奥场馆赛后利用。有效避免后奥运时期出现“白象效应”（奥运场馆闲置）的同时，也有助于借冰雪经济继续深挖内需广阔潜力。

科技冬奥行动的实施，推动了场馆建设、气象预🎰测、运动技能🍍优化等领域技术创新突破，为冬奥会高水平、🎋高标准筹办保驾护航。可以预见，赛场内外🖖的一些“黑科技”，未来将转换为相关领域高技术产业发展的强劲动力。

冬奥筹办6年多来，中国大众尤其是青少年对冰雪运动的热爱和参与热情被持续点燃。国际奥委会主席巴赫说，本届冬奥会中国最大的贡献就是实现了“带动三🐂亿人参与冰雪运动”这一目标。哪怕这三亿人中只有很少一部分决定专业从事这项运动，未来全球冰雪运🍨动就会迎来全新发展格局。

从所有场馆全部采用绿电，到低碳化、零排放制冰，借由碳减排和碳中和技术创新及应用示范，北京冬奥会在全社会倡导低碳生活方式，进行可持续管理体系创新，在低碳和可持续发展方面形成了诸多将长期造福举办城市和地区的遗产成果。这一切，无疑有助于加速中国向低碳社会转型，促进绿色发展理念深入人心。
