特约记者刘准报道  5月7日下午，亚泰按照训练计划开始备战4天后主场与🧡河南队的第12轮较量。而在训练前，俱🚐🤟乐部官宣主教练谢晖下课。作为亚泰队史第25任主帅，谢晖离任的原因是执教成绩不佳，而导火索则是5日客场0比3负于排名垫🦅底的海牛。

5月6日下午，亚泰从青岛返回长春，当天球队没有安排训练，球员在基地匆匆吃完简餐后🌮各自休息，基地工作人员并没有看到谢晖和他的教练团队。此时，外界有关“谢晖下课、苏亚雷斯上任”的信息已在网络传开，俱乐部并没有进行任何官方回应。

事实上，在亚泰0比3负于海牛当晚，负责督战的俱乐部高层就在青岛启动了换帅程序，接受谢晖请辞的决定。

五一长假，亚泰迎来本赛季第三个两连客，对手分别是4浙江和海牛。从实力上看，第三个两连客的对💇手一强一弱，亚泰是有机会搏下3分的。5月1日，亚💪泰做客杭州时，罗西🥇奇、贝里奇上半场被雪藏，用谢晖的话说，“赛程密集，轮换是为了更关键的比赛。”结果，亚泰的替补阵容毫无悬🤛念地以2比4负于浙江。三天后，亚泰转战青岛，谢晖也迎来了最关键的一场比赛，当然也是一场关乎自己命运的比赛。

亚📤泰客战海牛，是一场谁都输不起的榜尾大战。为此，亚泰🔑高层也赶赴青岛督战。比赛打响后，谢晖发现只有自己做好了全取3分的准备，他麾下的球员缺乏必胜的信念。整场比赛，亚泰球员处理球的方式草率随意，各自为战。后腰王禹因伤无法出战下半场时，谢晖竟然换上中卫王耀鹏，让右后卫海米提客✖串后腰，这种变阵立刻让亚泰失去了攻防节奏，被主队打进3球也顺理成章。

赛后，谢晖坦言：“我们失去了中场控制，前锋和后防线有所脱节，比赛也缺少精气神。丢球以后，全队的气势往下走，希望我们回到主场能把这个精气神找回来。👮”而球员朴韬宇说：“上半场，我们打得还不错，但下半场可能换了阵型，球员出现在不熟悉的位置上，最终🦾导致比赛的走势转到了主队一方，很遗憾。”

兵败青岛，亚泰遭遇三连败，五轮不胜，排名榜尾，这一成绩追平了队史最差开局（2013赛季前11轮，亚泰4平7负🤝，同样排名垫底），保级形势岌岌可危。以史为鉴，亚泰及时换帅还有止损的可能。毕竟，前11轮过后，保级区的球队多达8支，亚泰仍有机会上岸。

本赛季前1/3赛程，亚泰遇强不强，遇弱更弱，早已没了当年的气质——不仅阵地战打得既慢❌又乱，而且快反没速度、攻防严重脱节，表现根本不像一支中超球队。而谢晖交出的“1胜2平8负垫底”的成绩，也无法令俱乐部和球迷满意，下课已成必然——是谢晖请辞，还是解约，只是一个说法🥳而已。
