新华社北京4月♀30日电（记者王🔯镜宇、王☠浩宇）记者30日从国家围棋集训队获悉，新一届国家🐂围棋集训队已经开始在京训练，新科世界冠军王星昊、丁浩等名将入选，而柯洁未在集训名单中。

据国家围棋集训队选拔小组负责人介绍，根🧳据《国家围棋集训队运动员入队标准》，报中国围棋协会批准，共有54人入选2025届国家集训队。男队由王星昊、丁浩、党毅飞、杨鼎新、李轩豪、李维清、李钦诚等34名棋手组成；女队有12人，包括周泓余、於🌑🎠之莹、唐嘉雯🈶等。此外，国少队还有8名棋手。国家围棋集训队的教练组由5人组成，俞💃斌担任总教练，王磊、黄奕中担任教练，段荣和汪涛任助理教练。

按照国家体育总局《国家队管理办法》的🥿要求，54名入选队员均签署了《入队协议》。根据《入队协议》，入选的队员必须😬遵守《国家围棋集训队🤨规范手册》。在规范手👺册中，详细列举了训练时间、请销假制度、媒体采访、因私出国审批、广告代言、自媒体平台直播、兴奋剂管理等国家队队员需要遵守的规章制度。

选🔄拔小组负责人表示，前几年因为各种原因，⏪国家队的集训地点不是很固定，今年队伍回归“大本营”中国棋院训练，大部分队员已经报到并开始集训。由于运动员宿舍问题暂未解决，部分队员经教练组批准推迟到京报到。

他说：“国家队肩负着参加国际比赛为国争光的使命，根据总局和协会的要求，新一🍽届国家队的一项重点工作是加强思想道德和作风建设，打造一支纪律严明、作风优良、具有强大战💚斗力和凝📱聚🧪力的国家围棋队。”

曾经8次获🤾得世界个人棋战冠军的柯洁未在这次的集训名单中。选拔小组负责人告诉记者，柯洁符合《国家围棋集训队运动员入队标准》，国家集训队也向他发出了入队通知。不过，柯洁没有🔩就入队一事🕧给出明确答复，也没有签署《入队协议》，国家集训队教练组多次就此事联系他本人未果。

responsibilities. it is a startling elevation of a political adviser, to a status alongside the secretaries of state and defense, and over the president’s top military and intelligence advisers. in theory, the move put mr. bannon, a former navy surface warfare officer, admiral’s aide, investment banker, hollywood producer and breitbart news firebrand, on the same level as his friend, michael t. flynn, the national security adviser, a former pentagon intelligence chief who was mr. trump’s top adviser on national security issues before a series of missteps reduced his influence. but in terms of real influence, mr. bannon looms above almost everyone except the president’s jared kushner, in the trumpian pecking order, according to interviews with two dozen trump insiders and current and former national security officials. the move involving mr. bannon, as well as the boost in status to the white house homeland security adviser, thomas p. bossert, and mr. trump’s relationships with cabinet appointees like defense secretary jim mattis, have essentially layered over mr. flynn. sean spicer, the white house press secretary, said mr. bannon — whose breitbart website was a magnet for white nationalists, antiglobalists and conspiracy theorists — always planned to participate in national security. mr. flynn welcomed his participation, mr. spicer said, but the general “led the reorganization of the n. s. c. ” in order to streamline an antiquated and bloated bureaucracy. former white house officials in both parties were shocked by the move. “the last place you want to put
