it之家 5 月 16 日消息，“晚点 au📀to”今晚发布消息称，比亚迪为辅助驾驶引入🕵的技术人才之一廖杰已于 2025✝ 年春节后离职。其 2023 年 8 月前后加入比亚迪新技术院，参与智能辅助驾驶算法自研，曾任总🎾监岗位。

廖杰此前是地平线的智能驾驶研发总监，结束了比亚迪的工作之后，其又将回到“老东家”。另外，比亚迪新🧾技术院智能化国内产品管理中心主任唐旻昕 4 月底离🥄职，这个中心的主要业务包⚗括智能辅助驾驶、智能座💰舱产品等。

廖杰最初加入时担任比亚迪智能辅助驾驶上海团队负责人，牵头比亚迪基于地平线芯片的算法研发项目，也参🅱与自研智能辅助驾驶方案。2024🥴 年 6 月前后，🍶比亚迪组🔎建两大辅助驾驶自研团队“天璇”“天狼”，分别投入，廖杰🥣🎒团队加入“天狼”。

同年 9 月底，比亚迪改变策略、集中资源，两大团队开始陆续整合为一支自研团队。“天狼”负责人李锋成为自研总负责人，整体管理比亚迪辅助驾驶自研软件业务。

李锋目前管理辅助驾驶、座舱等智能化软件自研业务，唐旻昕曾负责的座舱产品、辅助驾驶产品等由韩冰🈹统一管理，韩冰由此负责辅助驾驶供应商、产品及座舱产品等硬件业👂务。辅助驾驶与座舱业务交由一人管理，便于打通辅助驾驶、座舱业务，降低合作成本。
