为充分贯彻落实《🐧中国足球改革发展总体方案》的精神，保持职业联赛健康、稳定、持续的发展，中国足协于2017年2月23日对外公布了足球字﹝2017﹞81号《中国足🌺球协会关于规范管理职业俱乐部的通知》，对于存在欠薪的职业俱乐部，取消其注册资格。

为进一步做好2023赛季🤥中超联赛、中甲联赛和中乙联赛的🛺赛事组织工作，中国足协于2023年2月15日对外公布了足球字﹝2023﹞96号《中国足球协会关于开展2023赛季中超、中甲和中乙联赛俱乐部准入工作的通知》，要求各俱乐部在本次准入审查期内全部解决2022赛季🚍及之前所有足球行业内的欠薪和欠款（部分国际仲裁案件应遵照亚足联及国际足联的相关规定解决）。中国足球协会根据上述政策要求，分两批对外公布完成债务清欠俱乐部的名单，接受社会监督。根据公示结果和后期调查，确认武汉长江足球俱乐部、广州城足球俱乐部、河北足球俱乐部、陕西长安竞技足球俱乐部、北京北体大足球俱🧩乐部、淄博蹴鞠足球俱乐部、新疆天山雪豹足球俱乐部存在欠薪行为且未能解决。

经中国足协研究后，决定如下：

一、取🌋消有关职业联🌖赛参赛俱乐部的注册资格

按照足球字﹝2017﹞666号《中国足球协会职业俱乐部准入规程》、足球字﹝2018﹞297号《中国足球协会乙级联赛俱乐部准入规程》、足球字﹝2019﹞2号《关于增加和调整中国足球协会职业俱乐部准入规程部分内容的通知》、足球字﹝2023﹞97号《中国足球协会关于调整俱乐部准入规程部分条款的通知》、足球字﹝2015﹞649号《中国足球🔺协会球员身份与转会管理规定》和足球字﹝‼2022﹞87号《中国足球协会纪律准则》等有关规定，决定取消武汉🈂长江足球☑俱乐部、广州城足球俱乐部、河北足球俱乐部、陕西长安竞技足球俱乐部、北京北体大足球俱乐部、淄博蹴鞠足球俱乐&部、新疆天山雪豹足球俱乐部注册资格。

二、球员转会与注册资格

😑根据《中国足球协会球员身份与转会管理🥘规定》第七条第二款之规定，上述被取消注册资格的俱乐部的职业球员，可书面通知原俱乐部单方解除原工作合同。另外，此前租借至上述🦨俱乐部的球员应当返回原租出球员俱乐🍴部😚。

希望各级职业联赛参赛俱乐部重视长期规划、理性经营�♦�，切实保障👻和维护俱乐部球员、教练员及工作人员的合法权益，推动职业联赛实现可持续发展。
