1月15日上午，在国家体育总局召🦼开的“中国体育招聘”发布会上，由体育总局人事司指导，中华全国体育基金会资助，体育总局体育基金管理中心开发的该平台启动，开始向社会提供就业创业公益服务。

🎣据悉，“中国体育招聘”的上线运营是贯彻落实体育总局《“十四五”体育人才发展规划》《体育强国建设人才规划（2023-2035年）》的重点任务之一，拓展了体育人才工作领域，是体育人才工作改革创新的有益尝试。该平台将有力推动包括退役🩰运动员在内的各类体育人才就业创业，促进各类体育生产要素自由流动和高效配置，构建推动体育产业高质量发展的体育资源生态圈，打造集“公信力、专业性、市场化🧑、影响力”于一体的全国🧿体育人才👲统一大市场。为促进全🌴社会高质量就业贡献体🐂育力量。

国家体育总局人事司副司长吴绍猛说📖：“人才是推动体育事业高质量发展的🖨核心动能。去年 9 月，中共中央、国务院发布了关于实施就业优先战略、促进高质量充分就业的意见。《“十四五”体育人才发展规划》明确提出，要“搭建高校毕业生和退役运动员就业创业信息服务平台”；2023 年，总局制定印发《体🐄育强国建设人才规划（2023-2035 年）》，明确提出通过建立全国“一盘棋”体育人才工作格局，❓促进各方面人才涌现和发挥作用，为 2035 年建成体育强国提供有力人才支撑。“

发布会上，体育总局人事司向北京、吉林、上海、江苏、山东、河南、重庆、宁夏等8个地区💗体育局颁发了平台建设试点单位证书；体育基金管理中心、中华全国体育基金会向♋北京体育大学等3所体育院校、安踏体育用品集团有限公司等3家优秀企业颁发了平台合作示范点证书；体育总局举重摔跤柔道运动管理中心、中国高尔夫球协会、全国普通高校毕业生体育服务行业就业创业指导委员会分别与体育基金管理中心签署了平台建设合作协议，发布会将凝聚各方力量，🤸共同推动“中国体育招聘”平台高质量建设。
